For the moment, it’s very difficult to plan and we can’t open the salon diary for new bookings yet because we don’t know that the early July date will even go ahead.
For those of you who had bookings already for May and June; We will be contacting you personally to rearrange your bookings for the earliest dates we can. Your bookings will stay in the system, these appointments will be the first contacted when we know the exact opening date. So you’re getting first refusal. You will also be contacted before the phones and online booking system re-opens again.
This has been a hard time for us all. But it looks like the virus is past its peak and if we act responsibly and safely let’s hope we can get back to normal as quickly as possible.

WE ARE OPENING 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM JANUARY!
We are reopening Mondays 9-5pm. Francesca, Esta and Chelsea- Jade will be working.
A few of the team are changing their working days in 2020 to ensure every staff member gets two days of together.
Also Chelsea-Jade will be joining us on the salon floor from Monday 6th January. We are very excited to watch her grow into an incredible graduate stylist.

We WON Best Salon Team a few of the team attended the award ceremony at the grand hotel in Brighton.
To reach the final and WIN was a fantastic achievement, particularly as the judging panel told us that the quality and standard of the entries had been exceptional.

We have WON the Phorest Client experience award for the second year running since moving over to @phorestsalonsoftware two years ago. I couldn’t be prouder of my entire team.
The system lets clients rate us as a salon for our client experience. You only get this prestigious award if your average client rating is 4 out of 5 stars or more.
So we are over the moon to know that our lovely clients feel the experience they have here in the salon is so great that they not only took the time and the trouble to give us a rating but marked us so highly too.
