How are we already in May? And has it really been six weeks since I went on maternity leave on Thursday 2nd April? Time is flying by so quickly.
On Thursday 9th April at 7:03pm, Antony and I welcomed our beautiful baby boy, Joseph Michael Tucci, named after his daddy and grandad. I’m slowly settling into mum life, which is very different from salon life! I’m loving every minute, although it’s definitely much quieter than what I’m used to. I spend most of my days talking away to Joseph — poor boy! — but he definitely knows his mummy’s voice already.
I still can’t believe I’m sitting here holding my baby boy in one arm, typing this newsletter with the other… all whilst doing the salon’s VAT quarter too!

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
All colour clients must also have an up-to-date patch test completed within the last 6 months.

Our Apprentice Lily
We are so excited to welcome Lily, our newest apprentice, to the salon team. Lily has completed three years at college studying hairdressing and is now ready to embark on her apprenticeship journey with us. We can’t wait to watch her grow and flourish in the salon.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Just a little reminder to please keep our cancellation policy in mind, which is linked below. While I’m on maternity leave, the team are extra busy, so appointment spaces may be filled quite quickly if cancellations come through.
On that note, I’ve now opened my diary from Thursday 29th October onwards. I’ll be working Thursdays and Fridays, along with one Saturday each month till the end if this year. Days may change in 2027, and I can’t wait to see you all again soon.
