CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

At Samantha Elizabeth Hair Salon, your appointments are very important to us. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. When you forget or cancel without giving at least 48 hours’ notice, it limits our ability to offer that time to another client.

 

Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

 

If we do not receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation, 50% of your total service cost will be charged before you are able to rebook. Our appointments are valuable and allow us to manage our time and availability effectively.

 

Lateness & Service Amendments

​

If we are unable to carry out your original service due to the following reasons:

 

  • You arrive late to your appointment

  • You change your mind about the service booked without providing 48 hours’ notice

​

You will still be charged the full price of the original service booked. This ensures fairness to our team and other clients waiting for appointments.

Deposit Policy

​

To secure your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your final bill on the day of your appointment.

 

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations can be made via phone, but our preferred method is through our online booking system for the fastest and most efficient service.
