At Samantha Elizabeth Hair salon your appointments are very important to us. Your appointment is reserved solely for you. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us a 48 hours notice period we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment.

So we have now put in a strict 48 hour cancellation policy, if we DO NOT receive 48 hours notice from your cancellation 50% of your total service booked will be charged before you can rebook another appointment. Our appointments are very valuable and especially now in light of restrictions relating to the pandemic.

LATENESS OR SERVICE AMENDMENTS

If we can't carry out the original service intended because of the two following reasons:
 

• late arriving to your appointment 

• you have decided to change your mind on the service you originally booked without providing 48 hours notice

 

You will be charged the full price for the original service you were booked in for.
