Samantha Elizabeth has gone from strength to strength this year and has some fantastic recognition of the work we do and our desire to do the very best for you as clients.
We wrote in our last blog about our success in winning the Muddy Stilettos Award for Best Hair Salon in Sussex – Yes, you are the client of an Award-winning salon! We also reached the final of the Sussex Salon Awards in the Best Salon in Sussex and Best Salon Team categories and the BusinessWomen Excellence Awards - Sussex, for Start-up Business
of the Year (the winner will be announced on 30 November).
We now have a 5-Star rating on Facebook and 70 recommendations on Google Reviews with a 4.9 rating. We would have had a 5-Star rating except for one review – but we can’t find that the person who left the review has ever been a client, which is odd.
It’s also been a year of growing the salon, welcoming new clients and appreciating our regular, loyal clients. Within the team, Kate has been promoted to Assistant Manager, Ella have moved from her apprenticeship to become a full stylist, while Louise and Chelsea-Jade have joined us as apprentices and are already showing they have the talent to become excellent stylists.
Best of all, we have seen the number of clients who come back to us regularly every 4-8 weeks, depending on what they want done, keep on growing. We know we are well above average for our number of regular clients in the hairdressing industry. We are very proud of that because it means we are making a difference and what makes our job the best for us is giving you a fantastic experience and making you feel great. It’s why we love being hairdressers!
