As of the new year, we are CLOSING SUNDAYS for the whole of 2022. The salon will be open 6 days per a week.
This is to allow all the team to have one weekend off per month. This is on a 4 weekly rota per team member. Their fourth week, they have 3 days off together. As a salon owner, I'm wanting to install a work life balance for my team. This is so important to me.

Copied from our October newsletter/ we didn't implement the colour charge in November but we reduced our Olaplex add on to £10 this.
PRICE INCREASES FROM THE 1ST January 2022
Typically, we increase all our prices in April inline with inflation; we didn't implement an increase this April 2021 as we appreciate most of us have had a tough year financially. Unfortunately, I am forced to raise prices but ONLY on our colour services because our product company is increasing its prices.
We're also introducing Olaplex into our highlight services. These will be on our website soon.
My decision to use Olaplex in our highlight services, like we do for our balayage services, is because I believe in the product as a salon owner and stylist. I pride myself on doing what's best for every single client's hair condition. Whenever we use Olaplex in our highlights, our work has never looked better and is at its best. We will be using Olaplex for all highlight services. This will mean a price increase for highlights EXCEPT for clients who already choose to pay £20 extra for Olaplex at the moment, your bill will NOT increase, it will come down.
I am very much about making sure the condition of our clients’ hair is at its best, and using Olaplex I can assure you, your hair will love you and your stylist.
WHAT IS OLAPLEX?
OLAPLEX is the original bond builder and in my opinion it is still the best there is amongst the ever growing plex products available. OLAPLEX is formulated to protect hair from chemical damage.

SAMANTHA WILL NOT BE WORKING FOR
THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2022
During the month of February, the salon will be open Tuesday- Saturday.
As some of you may know, I have suffered with carpal tunnel for some years. I have now been told by my consultant it's time to have surgery. My operation date will be Monday 7th February 2022. I'm planning on returning on Tuesday 28th February on restricted hours until Monday 15th March. My normal hours will resume. I will work in the salon doing what I love on the four days listed below. I will have one day of working on my business and two days off.
For my clients, please get your appointments in if you would like to see me either side of the above dates. If you cannot get an appointment with me, be assured you will be in safe hands with the rest of the team. Equally for clients of Esta's, Ellas, Chelsea's and Louise, please get your appointments in as Samantha's clients are very organised lol.

Friday - 9am - 5pm
Saturdays 8.30 - 4pm
