I am delighted to say that after just one year with Phorest, the appointment booking system we use, we have been awarded the Phorest Client Experience Award. Phorest is a really great system that is used by hair salons across the country to run their businesses. If you’ve used our APP and booked online you’ll have used the Phorest system.
The system also lets clients rate us as a salon for our client experience. You only get the award if your average client rating is 4 out of 5 stars or more.
So we are over the moon to know that our clients feel the experience they have here in the salon is so great that they not only took the time and the trouble to give us a rating but marked us so highly too.
