NHS COVID 19 TRACK AND TRACE QR CODE, this is now a legal requirement for our industry.
We may not have time to do your service if you're late. We have new way of working to ensure your safety and ours.
We promise to respect your time, please do the same for us and our other clients.
*If we don’t receive 48 hours cancellation notice 50% of your total service booked will be charged. Our appointments our very valuable and we are already working a 3rd less to our capacity.
If we can't carry out the original service intended because you were late but we offer a reduced service instead, you will be charged for the original service you were booked in for.
Normally we'd love to see you earlier...
Please arrive at your appointment time, if the weather is nice we ask for you to wait outside we will greet you in.
We have to say goodbye to our previous client and sterilise your section before we can use it.
SKIN TESTS, CUTS & COLOURS
ALL CLIENTS HAVE TO COME IN FOR ALLERGY ALERT TEST (SKIN TEST) FROM MONDAY 12TH APRIL.
We know this is an inconvenience however with Covid-19 it has caused some sensitivities which may not have been there before. We now have to reapply your skin test every six months or if ANY thing has changed in your medical history. This includes any change to your medication or a current illness that was not present from your last colour service. If you have suffered from COVID-19 or have received your COVID-19 vaccination.
Please ensure you come into the salon 48hours prior to your appointment! You may come in 7 days before your appointment but no later than 48hours.

We have not increased our prices since April 2020 we have not implemented a PPE charge.
Your first colour visit there will be an EXTRA product charge of £5-£10 dependent on usage.

When visiting the SE salon...
1. Feeling unwell? Reschedule and consider our late and no show policy.
2. Come Alone.
3. No unnecessary items
(this includes shopping).
If you have to bring a coat your stylist will show you where to hang it up.
4. Please fill out our covid 19 consultation form, this will be sent via email or text before your appointment.
WHAT WE'RE DOING
TO PROTECT EVERYONE
We've put screens in at our reception and colour wash basins.
Our hair team will be wearing visors or goggles at all times whilst they do your hair.
Our entrance, washroom and every section has hand sanitiser or hand wash.
Is mandatory for our clients and staff from 15/08/20 as per new government guidelines.
Please note if a member of the team is not wearing a mask its due to medical reasons
NON CONTACT TEMPERATURE
All staff temperatures will be checked each day before the start of work.
All client temperatures will be checked before the beginning of their appointment.
Chairs, mirrors ad sections will be thoroughly cleaned after use with disinfection sprays.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We have one seat in reception, if it isn't available please wait outside until you are welcomed into the salon by your stylist. We have additional seating under our gazebo outside in our garden that a member of staff will take you too.
Face masks or face covering as per government guidelines are required by law as from 08/08/2020 across all salons in the UK.
Sanitise your hands at reception as soon as you enter the salon, with our touchless/ automactic hand dispenser. No gloves.
Your stylist will measure your temperature. If it is high you will be asked to leave immediately and reschedule your appointment at a later date.
You will be asked to hang up your own coat though we advise you not to bring one if possible. Or we have plastic boxes where you can put your coat in so it is not touching others coats. these will be sanitised after every use.
Your stylist will take you to your seat. Your seat is yours for the duration of your visit as always.
If you need to use the toilet, please do. We ask you use the touchless/ automatic hand dispenser before entering.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We have Digital magazines for you to download, feel free to bring in your own sterilised device.
You're welcome to use our wifi for free. Just ask your stylist for our code.
The drinks menu is BACK but we will serve in plastic cups.
You may bring your own drink.
END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
You'll be escorted to reception by one of our team. If someone's already being served, the team member will advise where to stand.We would prefer you to use card but we are accepting cash.
You can pay and rebook your one appointment (reception will call you to arrange multiple bookings or you can book online).
A MESSAGE FROM SAMANTHA
To our clients,
Pressing the pause button for the third time has been frustrating, frankly annoying to say the least. Let’s hope after a further 15weeks of closure it does what it’s intended to do and helps stop the spread of the virus and we don’t have to suffer any more lockdowns in the future.
We have done our best to accommodate those booked during the closure period. Your deposits, if you booked online, will not be lost, they will come of your next appointment.
We also feel for all our customers and your loved ones that have been effected by the virus.
I realise that some of the changes we have made, will not be what you or we are used to but this will have to be our new normal for now. We are following the government guidelines that have been published. COVID-19 continues to pose a threat to our team, clients and salon and every one of our decisions has been made to protect everyone including the viability of the salon.
Our loyalty cards, our back in use so bring with you lay on the desk we will stamp no touching your card. We have brought back our little extras one mainly being our chocolates and biscuits.
I would also like to personally thank everyone that wished us well during our closures.
Prior to reopening the salon, our team have all completed Barbacide COVID19 certification.
